Tamer Younes is a corporate affairs expert with a span of over 20 years of a professional career. He has accumulated experience in government relations and public policy, business management, engineering operations, sales and purchasing with several multinational companies across several sectors; FMCG, Oil and Gas and industrial manufacturing. He joined P&G in 2005 and assumed various responsibilities in product supply, and external relations.
Currently, Younes leads corporate affairs for P&G’s business in North Africa and Levant. His work focuses on championing public policy efforts to protect and grow the business and the industry. His portfolio of activities includes liaising with legislative and regulatory agencies, providing Leadership council, representing P&G in business associations and managing relations with foreign diplomacies to advocate investment policies that improve the business landscape in his owned markets. He also acts as the company’s point of contact for media and press.
He chairs AmCham Egypt’s corporate impact and sustainability committee and he is a member of the industry core committee. He is a board member of the chamber of chemical industries at the Federation of Egyptian Industries.
He holds a BSc in electrical engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo. He is also a lead trainer in P&G’s leadership academy.

Caroline Nassar is a senior career advisor at The American University in Cairo (AUC), Career Center. Her scope of work involves providing individual career advising to students and alumni as well as holding career development workshops and outreach sessions to help in clarifying career interests and to support their career planning and job search. Nassar is also qualified to administer and interpret several self-assessment tools such as the Strong Interest Inventory (SII) and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). She is an advocate for equal opportunity for all; she aids in raising awareness of inclusion in the workplace and works with students with disabilities to better prepare them for the job market.
Nassar has experience in supporting students and alumni in their graduate studies search, and scholarship and application process. Her scope of work spans from reaching out and coordinating with different international universities to hold on-campus graduate study information sessions, to planning and organizing an annual International Graduate Study Fair with participation from international universities, institutes and organizations offering graduate study opportunities and scholarships.
Nassar graduated from the German University in Cairo with a bachelor’s degree in business informatics, then later obtained her master's degree from AUC in the field of international and comparative education. She currently coaches public universities’ staff members in career planning and job search as part of a USAID-funded project (UCCD), teaches in the professional educator Diploma at AUC and volunteers with CISV to promote peace education among teenagers internationally. -
Dalia Awad has more than 30 years of experience in the educational and advising fields in the areas of management, training, career education, evaluation and counseling. She joined the Career Center at The American University in Cairo (AUC) in summer 2001 as a career advisor. In the span of 18 years, she was promoted to a senior career advisor, assistant director of career advising, associate director, career advising and is currently holding the position of director, career advising and campus engagement, a role she has assumed since September 2018. She is a Career Development Facilitator (CDF) instructor and a certified job and career transition coach; her scope of work involves managing the career advising operation ensuring that students and alumni career planning and advising needs are met and that relevant career information and resources are available. Awad is qualified to administer and interpret several self-assessment tools. In the last four years. She was involved in the establishment of two Employability and Career Development Centers in two public universities as part of the USAID-funded project. She is currently involved as a technical advisor in another USAID-funded project (UCCD) which undertakes opening 20 Career Centers in 12 public universities. Prior to her work at AUC, Awad worked for fourteen years in the educational field in the areas of management, training and evaluation. The positions that she held in several private schools include academic consultant to the director, assistant principal and head of department. Dalia received a BSc in mechanical engineering from AUC.

Dina Gaballah graduated in 2010 from the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University with a major in Communication Engineering. Her first job was in a telecommunication company as a radio planning engineer and then she joined P&G in 2014 where she worked in different supply chain disciplines including initiative planning, production planning, material supply management and finally now in the capability area. Gaballah loves travelling, reading and playing sports.

Mina Amir is a senior training consultant, relationship and career coach. In addition to his experience in the development field, he worked as the marketing communication manager at Aspire Training Solutions where he led the team responsible for all marketing activities and establishing the brand identity. He is also a certified professional trainer, an emergenetics associate and an MBA holder in marketing and human resources.
Before joining forces with Aspire, Amir had spent eight years in the insurance field, mostly as a business development consultant at one of the biggest insurance corporations worldwide. He was dealing with individuals and medium-sized enterprises, building strong connections and rapport with customers from different backgrounds and with various needs. Through these years, he had a very wide exposure that added to his talent in connecting with people. Moreover, he developed a wide skill set including negotiation, sales, leadership, and public speaking. He studied human psychology and motivation, and attended various training workshops. He has been conducting training programs to different sectors from university students, government employees to corporates professionals in various fields. Some of the training programs he has been delivering include employability skills training, effective communication, professional presentation skills, negotiation skills, decision-making and problem solving, leadership, stress & time management and personal vision discovery.

Magdoline Mounir; a trainer and facilitator with over nine years of experience; with established expertise in a diversified range of business essential people skills, from life management, productivity, maximizing potential to leadership; along with specialized topics in learning and development, Performance, Engagement and Talent Management. She has a bachelor's degree in biology with a major in neuroscience and eehavior, along with a TOT diploma from Cairo University, PHRi & SHRM-CP certifications in the human resources field and topped with ACC coaching credentials from the International Coach Federation. With a great passion in Human learning, she studied various topics including instructional design, neuroscience of learning, gamification of learning and learning analytics. She worked as a trainer and talent management professional in the technology industry, as well as an instructional designer, trainer, facilitator and L&D consultant in different training consulting firms.

Maii is a coach and facilitator. She found her passion being part of other people’s transformation. Maii has experienced various niches of coaching, like: corporate organizations in Egypt and UAE, schools and universities, teens, parenting, delivering keynotes in conferences and participating in most of ICF's events and speed coaching in Cairo and Dubai. Bahgat started the coaching journey in 2015. Now, she is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Strengths Strategy Certified Coach (SSCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with ICF. She is certified from people acuity to facilitate SSOP and facilitate through Interdependence. Bahgat now runs Roshd Coaching - with other coaches and family members – that delivers strengths leadership programs to different types of organizations. She holds a master’s degree in international transport and logistics. She has had 10 years of experience in corporate businesses like oil and gas, automotive and power tools. She is also a wife and a mother of two. Her passion is connecting with people everywhere. She is gifted in creating a non-judgmental, authentic safe space and a continuous relationship with her clients where she witnesses their transformation as they go on with their lives. Top five strengths: empathy, individualization, developer, positivity, and connectedness.

Discovering her true sense of purpose, Moussa started her coaching journey. She is the founder and managing director of MMC, where she leads personal and professional individual and group coaching sessions. Moussa's business analysis experience, educational background and career shift journey has empowered her to be a strategic thinker with a diverse set of skills and experiences that come in handy when leading and growing her own organization.
To this date, Moussa has coached more than 700 transformational coaching hours within corporates and to the public, capitalizing on self-leadership and intentionally leading others using the Co-Active Model for Coaching and Leadership. She has designed and led group coaching sessions and retreats for corporate and public groups, and co-created and conducted the 'Life Tuning Program', the 360 Personality Coaching Program.
Moussa's experience in coaching extends from Europe to the Middle East. She mentors other coaches on deepening their learning of the coaching skills and leading more transformative coaching sessions. She developed and delivered the ‘Coaching for Managers Program’ for managers in multinational and national organizations. She also partners with top training companies in Egypt and the UAE to offer her coaching services for top executives in multinationals. As a coach and leader, she is known for her strength, courage, passion and gentle determination.
She graduated with a degree in economics and minors in business administration and architectural engineering in 2012. Prior to coaching, she had diversified experiences in research, business analysis and development within the development, fast-moving consumer goods and educational fields.

Reem El-Naggar, an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is a graduate of The American University in Cairo ‘88; she has a bachelor of arts degree in economics. She has twenty-five years of experience in managing her family businesses in the arts and agriculture industries in addition to being a dedicated wife and mother of three. This gave her the opportunity to interact with a diversified community of people and different cultures, customer relations and satisfaction, in addition to dealing with many service providers, managing and mentoring teams as well as employees at different levels and functions. The road to coaching started when Reem was presented to the idea of coaching as a client through a program called “Happiness" to find solutions to a long unsolvable life challenges; this was an enlightening moment and a turning point in her life that highlighted the value of life coaching. Given her passion for helping others and as a decision of paying it forward, she decided to pursue a career in coaching through which she can help people find Happiness. She became a certified coach, receiving two high level coaching certifications accredited by the International Coaching Federation ICF; CTI (The Coaches Training Institute), United Arab Emirates and DCC (Dialogical Coaching Certificate) by “Universidad Francisco De Vitoria,” of Madrid, Spain. Since then, coaching has become her passion where she specialized in life and relationship coaching for individuals. Having a passion for group coaching, she decided to do it scientifically and received a TOT (Train of Trainers Certificate) from the University of Columbia called “Leading the Room”, one of the best leadership programs in this industry where she has become a master in leading any group in training and coaching. Did she stop? No ... her thrive to learn and prosper led her to join one of a kind Coaching programs, “Strengths Strategy” Coaching, which is considered a game-changer in human and organizational development and evolvement and Reem has decided to become one of a few coaches in the world to be certified by Strengths Strategy International, USA, from which she also was determined to get their latest developed program and became a People Acuity Specialist, Guide and Coach. Sue Ellen is the executive regional legal director of Heineken (Al Ahram Beverages) and previously advisor of the minister of investment HE Dalia Khorshid as well as the country legal director of Total Egypt. She has been practicing the legal profession since 2006 and has served as a chief legal officer in Egypt in various prominent corporations in the international and regional sector as well as she has served as the legal counselor at the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal court in the Hague, Netherlands. Her practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, civil and corporate law, antitrust, labor and dispute resolution.
Ellen is a law school graduate from both Ain Shames University and Jean Moulin University, France. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International and Comparative Law from the American University in Cairo with high honors. Furthermore, she enrolled in the PhD program at Leicester University UK. Ellen is an adjunct professor at The American University in Cairo as well as the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and she serves as an arbitrator at the Egypt National Moot Arbitration Competition, American Bar Association.
Ellen is a legal biographer as she has written numerous legal articles on business law, international dispute settlements and white-collar crimes and a legal fellow in various governmental entities, as well as a member at the administrative control authority in Egypt, managed by the president of Egypt.
Ellen believes in legal development, she founded Sue Ellen Foundation for legal development and she awarded by both the French and the Finnish embassy as the best foundation in 2018 and 2019 and consistently ranked as a leading lawyer in business law by the American Bar Association in Egypt.
