Career Planning

Effective career planning prepares undergraduate students for the world of work before they graduate, and puts them on the right track as early as their freshman year. During the in-person or virtual workshops, students will utilize interactive tools to identify their career values and skills.

Skills and Values

An awareness of your career skills and values will guide you in making informed decisions about suitable career paths. They will give you a benchmark by which to assess which careers and opportunities are more suitable for you based on what you are good at and what is most important to you. Becoming more self-aware will guide you in making more confident decisions about occupations and environments that keep you motivated and productive and are in line with your skills and values.
