Online Registration Procedures
Fair Registration Steps
For New Registrants: Create your corporate account on CareerWEB, AUC's web-based career management system, through this link.
For Returning Registrants: access the system with your username and password.
Go to the Event tab and complete all the required fields.

Corporate Representatives
Each participating organization designates a number of its staff representatives to meet with AUC students/alumni and disseminate information about the company and its recruitment needs. The collection of resumes is restricted to recruiting purposes of the participating company.
Yes, as long as a corporate representative is available at the booth at all times between 11:30 am and 6:00 pm.

Booth Set-Up

Setup on the day of the fair is limited to placing rollup/pop-up banners and/or flyers in the booth. Note that no support staff will be admitted to AUC on the day of the fair.
Representative name(s) have to be communicated to the Career Center no later than March 30 to notify the AUC security office. The corporate representative will need to present a personal identity card at the university gate to be admitted.
Booth Facilities
Only one standard electricity outlet will be provided per booth. No electrical multiple sockets are available. You must utilize European plugs with 220V adaptors.

Regular Participant Booth Branding
Yes, within the boundaries of the booth only. No banners or roll-ups can be placed in isles or outside of the corporate exhibit area.
Entrance and Parking
The Employment Fair corporate pass is your access card to the fair. Present the corporate pass along with a personal identity card at the gates to be admitted.
Gate 4, followed by the sports gate.
ARTOC Sports Court.
Parking on the day of the fair is subject to availability through gate 4.
Corporate Registration at the Fair
Corporate registration takes place in ARTOC Sports Court. Each representative will be asked to present the corporate pass, photo ID, and his/her business card at the campus gates and corporate registration desk.
Important Note: All changes in corporate representatives' names will only be accepted by the fair contact person or the contact designated on his/her behalf.
Lunch Break
No; however, lunch is served between 2 - 4 pm. Corporate representatives can alternate to attend lunch as long as a representative is available at the booth at all times (11:30 am - 6:00 pm).
Equipment Handling and Uninstallation
Company equipment, such as Plasma/LCD Screens, DVDs, refrigerators, chillers, etc., are allowed at the fair and have to be installed by Thursday, April 2 at 5:00 pm. The agency in charge must sign an Equipment Responsibility Form upon equipment installation. No speakers or cameras are allowed on the day of the fair.
Uninstallation workers will not be granted access to the exhibit floor before 6:15 pm on Saturday, April 4. Material transfer support from your exhibit space will be provided. Ensure that a corporate representative is available to supervise your booth dismantling process.
For companies operating outside Egypt, if you are planning to send any material to the exhibit by courier, arrange for your courier service to handle any required customs clearances and deliver the material to the AUC New Cairo campus at least one week before the event date. Shipments should be directed to the following address:

AUC will not handle any required customs clearances or courier expenses and is not liable for ensuring the delivery of material in due time. The University will not be responsible for the re-shipment of any left-behind material; should you wish to re-ship back any of the material you will use during the exhibit, make sure to arrange with the courier company to handle all logistics and payments on your behalf.
Photography and Sound System Regulations
The University policy does not authorize bringing cameras/video cameras to the campus. A University photographer will be available on campus to take shots of the event. If you wish to receive copies of your corporate booth photos, you can make direct arrangements with the event’s photographer during the fair.
Each participating company receives a soft copy of the photos taken of their booth during the fair. Companies could also make direct arrangements with the event’s photographer during the fair.
No. Public address systems, sound-producing or amplifying devices, which project sound beyond the participating company’s space, or excessive operating noise that distracts neighboring exhibits are expressly prohibited. AUC reserves the right to restrict exhibits, which because of noise or any other reason, may detract from the general character of the event.
