Challenges and Competitions
Corporate challenges and competitions are offered by employers as an opportunity for students to work on solutions for real or hypothetical professional challenges. This is not only an excellent opportunity for students to test-drive their capabilities in an informal, yet practical set-up, but it also allows collaboration between students of multi-disciplinary backgrounds. For employers, competitions serve as a useful resource to spot potential hires and examine students’ competencies and skill set in action.
How to Announce a Competition?
Employers can choose to directly announce their challenges and competitions on CareerWEB, AUC's online career management system, or work closely with the Career Center contact to structure and host competitions for students on-campus or virtually.
