I’m a Corporate Finance professional with a strong academic foundation in Actuarial Science from the American University in Cairo (graduated February 2013). From day one, my passion has centered on finance — a drive that led me to explore and build expertise across several of its most dynamic sub-fields, including Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Corporate Finance, where I’ve ultimately chosen to focus and grow my career.

Over the years, I’ve developed a well-rounded skill set that spans the full financial lifecycle: from pitching and fundraising to project financing and feasibility studies, through to investment assessment, financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial operations. This breadth allows me to bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution to every stage of a company’s financial journey.

I’m driven by a genuine curiosity for how finance shapes business decisions, and I bring that energy, precision, and adaptability to every role I take on.

Omar Fouad is a media professional with more than 25 years of experience in broadcast journalism, video production, and media development. Throughout a distinguished career spanning leading international organizations including The Associated Press (AP), AlJazeera Media Network, AFP, 10Mojo, and Alghad TV, Omar has specialized in visual storytelling, live production, technical operations, and content development. Currently serving as a Senior Development Specialist at Alghad TV, he combines editorial expertise with technical leadership to drive innovative media projects and digital content strategies. His extensive background in directing, video journalism, production management, and newsroom operations has established him as a versatile leader in the Arab media industry. 

Haitham ElSawy currently serves as the Director of Development at Alghad Media Network, a position he has held since January 2025. In 2023, he worked as a consultant for United Media Academy. In 2024, he launched the Digital Transformation Project at DMC Channel and established the DMC Plus platform. Haitham founded and managed three specialized academies: ONA Academy from 2012 to 2016, Cairo Media School from 2016 to 2020, and Ten Mojo Academy, specializing in mobile production studios, from 2020 to 2022. This experience represented the foundation for establishing digital studios at Media Production City, which received accreditation from the French organization Samsa.fr, before this model was later transferred to Alghad TV. He also contributed to the launch of ONTV Live in its first edition in 2011, the establishment of the Multimedia Department at Al Watan newspaper in 2012, as well as the "Black and White Debates" project in 2017. Haitham holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Cairo University, in addition to six specialized diplomas in training and new media from international institutions, including BBC Media Action, Samsa.fr, Press Club Concordia, RTL, Cinemaker, and the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also a member of the Main Committee for the Development of the Egyptian Media Industry, which was established by the Egyptian Prime Minister's Office in October 2025. 

Yasmine El Dorghamy is the founder of Rawi Publishing for History, Heritage & Art, a bilingual platform dedicated to making Egyptian history accessible to a wide audience. Founded in 2010 as a periodical, Rawi has since grown into a broader publishing platform producing a richly illustrated book series and commissioned publications on Egypt’s history, heritage, and culture.

Rawi’s flagship editions have explored subjects including jewelry, modern Egyptian art, cinema, culinary history, costume, and the history of medicine and healing practices, combining academic research with strong visual storytelling. Its publications are available in Egypt and internationally, including at the British Museum Bookshop, the Mosaic Rooms in London, the Getty Research Institute in Los Angeles, and university and research libraries worldwide.

Alongside Rawi’s own publications, El Dorghamy has curated and produced commissioned books and cultural projects, including a museum guidebook for the Suez Canal Museum and a permanent gallery on the history of medicine at Al Nas Hospital in Cairo. 

Fady Garas is an award-winning Sound Designer, Composer, and Music Producer with over 10 years of professional experience across advertising, film, digital media, and branded content. He has worked on 500+ projects and campaigns, including work for Netflix, AJ+, and international production teams. His work has received a Dubai Lynx Gold Award for Sound Design and recognition for Best Sound Design at the San Francisco Fashion Film Festival. He has also had the opportunity to work alongside renowned Hollywood sound designer Randy Thom and contributed Arabic field recordings to the 2016 feature film Allied. Fady is currently expanding his expertise into game audio, with a focus on interactive sound design and Wwise implementation.
