Mapping the Future for Workforce Development

 Saturday, December 7 – Sunday, December 8, 2019
Conference and Visitors Center, AUC New Cairo, Egypt

About the Regional Career Conference

Our world today is one of change and uncertainty on so many levels whether politically, economically or socially. It is undergoing rapid transformation in all aspects of life and especially in the world of work. Yet we as professionals are expected to understand the situation and make sense of the chaos in order to better prepare our organizations and equip our talents for the world of tomorrow.

As we help youth in planning for future careers or entrepreneurial initiatives, we often face questions like: What will the jobs of the future look like? What is motivating to work for an organization? What skills, attitudes and values would be desirable to enter the workforce and stay competitive? For many youths, the career journey seems locked in a certain path assimilating a railroad track. To identify talent and help the youth unlock their potential, as well as empower them to reach their career aspirations, join us at the first Regional Career Conference for Universities and Employers organized by the AUC Career Center.

The aim of the inaugural conference is to bring together universities and employers so they can map the future for a successful and inspired generation in Egypt and the Region.
