Her current scope of work focuses on building strategic employer relations and corporate partnerships, planning and executing University-wide employer branding campaigns and developing tailored recruitment solutions along with guiding alumni and recent grads in their job search process.
Graduated in 2003 from The American University in Cairo (AUC) with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication and a double minor in psychology and business administration, El Moslemany consciously decided to shift her career path from advertising to career education since 2006 and is highly passionate about coaching, training and enhancing Millennial and GenZ's career preparation tool-kit.

Dalia Salib is currently the Egypt Market Country director and member of the leadership team for developing the Middle East and Africa business unit, at Mars Wrigley, the Global Chocolate and Confectionery Company within Mars Incorporated, the largest privately owned company in the world with net revenue of almost $40 billion and a portfolio that includes M&MS, Snickers, Galaxy, Twix, Skittles, Extra Gum and more. She joined Mars in April 2019 and has been able to successfully lead Mars Egypt Business to deliver double-digit growth and expand its portfolio in Egypt beyond chocolate to include also Fruity Confectionery and Gum.
Salib is an AUC alumna, class of 1999, with a bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications. With 20 years in FMCG, she has rich experience in building strong business strategies and solid commercial programs, that drive growth and deliver successful results. She is keen on promoting a growth mindset culture and nurturing and developing talent and has been a judge in several entrepreneurship competitions including “Injaz El Arab” as well as PepsiCo and Ahead of the Curve Innovation Challenge. She has also been a coach for PepsiCo Early Talent Accelerated Program.
Prior to Mars, she spent almost 13 years in PepsiCo, across various marketing roles. In her last roles, she led the marketing agenda across the Snacks and Beverages Businesses and managed to transform the business performance, driving double-digit growth and share gains, through delivering outstanding marketing programs and successful innovations as well as award-winning campaigns.
Prior to embarking on her successful journey in Pepsico, Salib set off her career in advertising working for the BBDO network in Egypt, where she spent six years, managing a diversity of brands across various industries, such as Cadbury’s, Nestle, and General Motors on the client service and account planning side.

Bassem Fayek has been in strategy consulting since 2008, and is currently a partner with BCG, based out of Cairo, with a mandate to grow BCG’s business in Egypt. His personal motivation is to capitalize on the best of BCG to contribute to “Sustainable Development Strategy: Egypt Vision 2030” and to growing private sector companies to frontier and international markets. Prior to joining BCG, Bassem has been with strategy and (previously Booz & Company), based out of Cairo and contributed to Middle East public and private sector organizations, working on strategy formulation, modernization, and value creation programs. Fayek takes fitness very seriously. In fact, he deadlifts 200Kg. He is also very passionate about food, especially fusion Japanese. He holds an MBA from London Business School, and has graduated from AUC in 2008 with a bachelor of science in electronics engineering and a minor in business administration.

Rula El Kaliouby is the strategic communications advisor to the minister of international cooperation, Egypt. She was previously the group executive director of strategy at Tarek Nour Communications/DDB Egypt with a responsibility for all aspects of the business and external partners’ strategy building communications ecosystems through consumer acquisition and business growth models fueled by data-driven intelligence and research. Kaliouby is a member of The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising and Communications (IPA).
Prior to assuming her current role in 2018, El Kaliouby served in several key leadership positions in the marketing and communications sector in the region such as J. Walter Thompson and BBDO, setting strategy, forming and managing partnerships, and developing business relationships with a diverse range of companies across industries and driving the agency’s innovation agenda. She is a true thought leader, continually developing her understanding of how emerging trends and digital technologies are shaping private and public sector communications, competitiveness and future-readiness with a vision to create impact. She specializes on solving complex and pressing challenges with at the intersection of marketing, technology and operations with fit for purpose transformational strategies.
She also volunteered as the communications advisor to H.E. Rania Al Mashat, in her former role as minister of tourism — Arab Republic of Egypt, focusing on Egypt’s tourism go - to - market strategies, content development, public relations, international partnerships and her excellency’s personal social media platforms.
Those responsibilities tap on years of experience managing global, regional and local prestigious and challenging brands such as PepsiCo, Vodafone, Egypt Tourism Promotion Board, Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Emirates Airline and Commercial International Bank as she worked as executive director of digital and social media within JWT and BBDO, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, helping partners create digital disruption strategies across industries around the world. She led more than nine offices globally within her time at BBDO Dubai leading the social media departments and managing the integration with other disciplines, building teams that are capable of applying brand, advertising and research, content and digital marketing, social media, corporate and financial communications, industry analysis and media relations to imagine and deliver better experiences and more profitable business models.
Throughout her more than 12-year career within the communications sector, El Kaliouby has won a number of global and regional excellence awards such as the MENA Effie, Dubai Lynx and Cannes. She was also recognized and won several international awards for her globally acclaimed work on @MyDubai, the most creative and effective tourism brand campaign in the past five years.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from The American University in Cairo in mass communications and business administration, with the highest honors.

Heba Attia helps teams succeed with agility. Her passion lies within transforming companies and individuals to adopt agility and adapt to change. She started to actively contribute in running agile projects since 2008 through hands-on experience, training and coaching relevant to the real business world and not just in theory.

Amr Alaa is a seasoned corporate trainer at Google Dubai, TEDx Speaker and performance coach utilizing GallupTM Strength Themes with a passion for helping individuals improve their personal skills.
For more than 13 years, he has worked with clients in USA, the Gulf and MENA Region to strengthen their leadership skills, manage their time and reduce work stress.
He delivered training programs to more than 30,000 learners on six different continents. He is comfortable with national and international groups alike. Prior to beginning a professional career in the learning and development industry he was a dentist and ran his own professional dental practice.
With thousands of hours of facilitation and training under his belt, Alaa expanded his work beyond the oil and gas industry to include pharmaceutical companies, automotive industry, banking, FMCGs and tech companies.
He partnered with well-known organizations such as Google, Saudi Aramco, Nestle, Microsoft, Vodafone, Shell, Valeo and more.

Amr Fawzi is a business transformation consultant and a certified change manager with 27 years of business experience in diversified fields and industries. He has worked in multinationals as Oversees Bechtel, ExxonMobil and others in local and regional assignments leading multicultural teams.
Since 2004, and in his capacity as a change manager, Fawzi has managed changes in more than 40 firms, helping organizations to transform their business and change their systems and structures. He started by doing so in ExxonMobil as a regional change manager implementing a new backbone and structure in seven countries for three years. Moreover, he is a certified change management practitioner from PROSCI institute. He has also managed several organization culture changes and corporate identity projects.
As a senior facilitator, he is affiliated to several executive education entities, such as AUC business school and institute of executives and directors. As a certified learning experience designer of 6Ds methodology, he has designed and delivered several leadership and change tracks to top management.
He is also a certified career andexecutive coach and an accredited Storyteller, coaching and mentoring leaders to transform and formulate their business and change stories.

Hend Eissa is a dynamic, and passionate full-time internationally certified life coach (PCC level), storyteller, facilitator and mentor with 16+ years of professional experience in various disciplines.
She specializes in the field of mental and performance coaching for professional Sports Athletes where she continuously supports her clients from various sports in finding their motivations, and realizing their life and sports goals. She builds authentic, compassionate, and accountable relationships with her clients.
Prior to coaching, Eissa has roamed the private sector for more than 13 years, holding top managerial marketing, public relations, advertising and communications positions in both local and multinational companies; until she discovered that nothing gives her a greater satisfaction in life than serving people pursue their dreams!
Eissa earned her BA from in journalism and mass communication from The American University in Cairo (AUC) where she majored in integrated marketing communications and double minored in business administration and fine arts. When it comes to personal interests, she is an avid lover for nature, arts and adventurous activities.

Discovering her true sense of purpose, Mariam started her coaching journey. She is the founder and managing director of MMC, where she leads personal and professional individual and group coaching sessions. Mariam’s business analysis experience, educational background and career shift journey has empowered her to be a strategic thinker with a diverse set of skills and experiences that come in handy when leading and growing her own organization.
To this date, she has coached more than 700 transformational coaching hours within corporates and to the public, capitalizing on self-leadership and intentionally leading others using the Co-Active Model for Coaching and Leadership. She has designed and led group coaching sessions and retreats for corporate and public groups, and co-created and conducted the 'Life Tuning Program', the 360 Personality Coaching Program.
Her experience in coaching extends from Europe to the Middle East. She mentors other coaches on deepening their learning of the coaching skills and leading more transformative coaching sessions. She developed and delivered the ‘Coaching for Managers Program’ for managers in multinational and national organizations. She also partners with top training companies in Egypt and the UAE to offer her coaching services for top executives in multinationals. As a coach and leader, she is known for her strength, courage, passion and gentle determination.
She graduated with a degree in economics and minors in business administration and architectural engineering in 2012. Prior to coaching, she had diversified experiences in research, business analysis and development within the development, fast moving consumer goods and educational fields.

Farah Diab is a coach and facilitator who thrives off of creating meaningful connections, both personally and professionally. Diab has 150+ hours of one-on-one coaching experience and 100+ hours of facilitation experience; working with university students, as well as professionals in the Retail and Oil and Gas sectors in Egypt and in the UAE. She also has experience delivering keynotes.
Fueling her passion for people at a young age, Diab holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from The American University in Cairo, Egypt. Prior to being fully dedicated to coaching, she gained several years of work experience as an HR professional in the financial services and real estate sectors in the UAE. She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Strengths Strategy Certified Coach (SSCC), Certified People Acuity Coach (CPAC) and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Sue Ellen is the executive regional legal director of Heineken (Al Ahram Beverages) and previously advisor of the minister of investment HE Dalia Khorshid as well as the country legal director of Total Egypt. She has been practicing the legal profession since 2006 and has served as a chief legal officer in Egypt in various prominent corporations in the international and regional sector as well as she has served as the legal counselor at the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal court in the Hague, Netherlands. Her practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, civil and corporate law, Antitrust, labor and dispute resolution.
Ellen is a law school graduate from both Ain Shames University and Jean Moulin University, France. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International and Comparative Law from the American University in Cairo with high honors. Furthermore, she enrolled in the PhD program at Leicester University UK. Ellen is an adjunct professor at The American University in Cairo as well as the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and she serves as an arbitrator at the Egypt National Moot Arbitration Competition, American Bar Association.
Sue Ellen is a legal biographer as she has written numerous legal articles on business law, international dispute settlements and white-collar crimes and a legal fellow in various governmental entities, as well as a member at the administrative control authority in Egypt, managed by the president of Egypt.
Sue Ellen believes in legal development, she founded Sue Ellen Foundation for legal development and she awarded by both the French and the Finnish embassy as the best foundation in 2018 and 2019 and consistently ranked as a leading lawyer in business law by the American Bar Association in Egypt.
